Our washing line for fresh ham (after rest) or matured ones (before the bone) and similar products, can use two systems at the customer will : the first is called "tunnel system" where some sprinkling nozzles collectors form a tunnel of water and that, thanks to their positioning, follow the perimeter of the product at its passage , also reaching the most difficult parts, removing possible agglomerates due to the first phases, that can obstruct the poroes perspiration. The same machine can be sold with a new system called " rotating nozzles" that produce a very new washing system. The conformation of water "rotating strips" , obtained by the centrifugal force of the opposing jet, permits much more passages in the same point on the product, with the possibility of removing also the harder agglomerates ( ex. pork fat). Both machines can be with or without recovery of water , and can have (optional) two nozzles exhaling air blades that complete the washing with a final action: the dripping, speeding up the product drying. The second system, called "vertical" or " turret" is very advantageous because it reduces the labour avoiding to take off and hang back the product from the upholder with shelves or from the movable upholder on the ceiling in the washing phase. Also in this case, the machine is produced for the specific needs of the customer with rotating or fixed nozzles, with or without water recovery. In the same machine you can also wash the tools themselves, upholders, beds and trucks. It's easy to be installed in the place of work because it needs only the water discharge. The machine is produced in conformity with CE measures. The production of a vertical washing machine is about 2000 pcs/hour with only a worker. The production of a tunnel washing machine is about 500 pcs/hour with at least two workers.
