Automatic continuous-cycle machine to be used during the salting and re-salting phases, equipped with a new pneumatically controlled physical-mechanical massage system. A series of carefully calibrated pressing rollers in the upper part and a unique roller system in the lower part, both combined with two rubber belts, enable the machine to follow the contours of each product evenly, guaranteeing a perfect emptying of the blood vessels, ensuring that it passes evenly over the muscle mass and the joint, but without detaching the knuckle.
Thanks to this system the machine is capable of massaging products that have round areas or flat areas (e.g. hams, speck, coubourg, bacon, etc.), thereby obtaining excellent results.
Accessibility makes the machine easy to wash and sanitise.
