Automatic continuous-cycle machine for the pre-salting and salting of ham, bacon, speck and similar products, during the salting and re-salting phases, regardless of weight and size. The wet salt rubbing system, with non-toxic rubber spatulas, makes it possible for the pores to expand, thereby making it easier for moisture to penetrate the product, and provides better preparation for subsequent salting with dry or wet salt. The adjustable mixing, dosing and salt distribution devices enable users to process various types of products. This salting system, which is more compact and therefore takes up less space, while maintaining the two separate salt tanks and rubbing and salting the product in the same way as the independent machines, is chosen mainly for use in processing rooms with production lines. Each tank draws the salt automatically from an external silo or by means of manual loading using a single power source.
