Electro-pneumatic machine for making speck in pre-set sizes. The machine is used after salting to make it easier to fit the speck into the special baskets so that it can rest and, after curing, to give it its regular shape and make it easier to cut it in slices.
The ability to alter the format quickly means that the machine is versatile and enables the user to obtain standard-shaped meats of various sizes during the production phase.
